We are seeking an experienced principal engineer adept at building and scaling high-volume, high-throughput systems. You will possess the technical judgment and influence to facilitate impactful discussions with peers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will operate at the Director, VP, and CTO levels, serving as a key technical adviser.

Be the talent magnet for bar raising engineersA Bit About YouMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems architecture, design, and development, with a focus on Ruby, GoLang, and Python. Ruby is required by this position.
Proven track record of driving projects from concept to launch.Ability to influence stakeholders with sound technical judgment.A drive to build proof of concepts using new technologies that deliver significant value to our customers.
Experience in high-quality, highly scalable cloud-native software development, modern programming languages, APIs, Event-Driven Architectures, and performant data models.Experience launching ML models into production.Experience with Ruby on RailsPreferred Qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience leading projects within the healthcare, pharmacy, or life sciences industry.Proven experience in breaking down cloud-native monolithic high-volume applications.Experience implementing machine learning or artificial intelligence solutions.
