We're looking for a talented and experienced Producer to join our mobile game development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to achieve strategic objectives and create engaging player experiences.
About the Role
This position is ideal for a motivated and driven individual who is passionate about game development and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality experiences to players.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead a team of mobile game developers to drive the production process and ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the direction, planning, execution, and quality of features and content.
• Develop and execute game project plans that meet the needs of both the business and the players.
• Use data analytics to identify and own the KPIs for mobile game development.
Requirements
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Producer in AAA mobile games.
• Experience managing medium-large internal and external teams within the video game industry.
• 5+ years of experience developing and executing game project plans.
• Expert communication and presentation skills.
