As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in designing impactful user experiences that align with business goals while advocating for a user-centered approach. You will contribute to the discovery, definition, and delivery of our product offerings while building and managing the design team to ensure timely deliverables.

Job Responsibilities
• Advocate for an integrated and consistent design across the end-to-end product experience.
• Promote a user-centered approach that drives business growth by educating the organization on design best practices.
• Design end-to-end experiences involving multiple connected features, use cases, and form factors.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to create best-in-class product experiences.
• Deliver high-quality designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences.
• Work as a team or individually to produce rapid prototypes.
• Promote user-centered decision-making based on cohesive design principles and patterns.
• Use human-centered design techniques, such as conceptual models, personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop documentation to guide engineering, marketing, customer support, and content creation.
• Utilize UX & UI methodologies to deliver well-thought-out artifacts.
• Lead and participate in collaborative discovery and design efforts.
• Provide user and usability insights to product development.
• Collaborate with the project management team to discover revenue-generating opportunities by evaluating public demand and industry trends.

Job Requirements
• Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or Computer Science.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in UX and Product Designing.
• Hands-on experience in working on an MVP and successfully launching it.
• Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design, Design Audit, and Design Guidelines.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of product lifecycle and agile development processes.
