Job Description: We are looking for a Project Support Engineer with a background in Food Science to join our team and play a critical role in the development and improvement of our coffee vending machines. As a Project Support Engineer, you will leverage your knowledge of food science and technical expertise to contribute to the success of our coffee vending projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to develop and enhance coffee vending machine technologies.
• Conduct research on coffee beans and beverage preparation to improve product quality.
• Design and implement experiments to optimize coffee brewing and flavor profiles.
• Provide technical support for new product development and quality control.
• Evaluate and select the most suitable coffee blends for our machines.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality coffee beans.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to coffee preparation.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to coffee science and machine operation.
• To understand, service and repair basic trouble shoot coffee vending machine
• Assist on all machine related to Coffeebot Holdings
• Provide service and customer support during field visit
• Maintain detailed records in all assign projects given
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Respond efficiently to customer report or breakdown
• Creating training materials & operation manuals
• Providing training material to all related department on Coffeebot products & machine
• Document reports for operations to highlight issues, where improvements can be made.
• Documenting quality assurance activities and audit reports.
• Developing a workflow chart for all department under operations
• Developing process ,sop, procedures for all Coffeebot projects
• Responsible for running pilot program with framework to ger feedback for adjustment to enhance customer service
• Coordinate and liaise with technical team on the technical requirement and troubleshooting the machine
• Assist on all machine related to Coffeebot holdings installation on site

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Food Science or a related engineering field.
• Experience or coursework in coffee science, including brewing methods and flavor analysis.
• Knowledge of coffee bean types, roasting, and brewing techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
