Residency Bureau has been providing Landlord/Tenant Court Filing Services within the Property Management Industry for over 20 years. Our mission is to deliver the best. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am-4:00pm.

We are currently seeking a Full Time software developer with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 2-5yrs of relevant work experience in software development. In office training required with progression towards remote options. We are offering 50% coverage for Medical, Vision, and Dental.

Responsibilities and Duties include:

Development and maintenance of our web-based case management application; Troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to our case management application; AWS Cloud Environment Monitoring; Provide end-user training remotely or at client’s site; Perform routine maintenance on web server, and SQL Server Database.

Required Skills Include:
• 2-5yrs experience as a Python Developer with a focus on back-end support.
• 2-5yrs experience with JavaScript, and at least 1yr of Flask experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong Data Mining and parsing ability. Able to employ various coding techniques to scrape specific data from client data files.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SQL Server or similar RDBMS, SQL Queries, HTML 5, and CSS

Qualifications:
• Strong JavaScript background desired.
• Experience with Jinja
• Familiarity with (AJAX) asynchronous callbacks and python datatables
• Working with and maintaining AWS servers
• Excellent writing/documentation, communication, analysis, and organization skills required.
• Ability and willingness to adapt and learn new coding techniques or coding languages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
