The Role
We are seeking talented and passionate software craftspeople to join our client's team. As a member of our team, you will thrive in both collaborative and independent environments, ensuring software aligns with design specifications through meticulous testing and documentation.
Responsibilities
• Analyze system-wide needs and translate them into actionable plans for individual components.
• Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards and confer with users to analyze system flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Design or implement complex database or data repositories interfaces/queries.
• Experience developing/implementing algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards.
Requirements
• BS + seven (7) years of experience as a SWE in similar roles;
• Experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for degrees;
• LINUX/UNIX and Python skills;
• TS/SCI w/FS Poly clearance required.
Location
Our team is based in Annapolis Junction, MD, with up to 16 hours of telework available dependent on position.
