Job Overview:

This role is responsible for the maintenance and support of Qlik SaaS environments, including monitoring health, stability, and performance, installation, configuration, and deployment of applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain the health, stability, and performance of Qlik SaaS environments
• Installation, configuration, and deployment of Qlik applications, extensions, and updates
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Qlik SaaS, including user access, data connectivity, performance, and application functionality
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Qlik features, best practices, and industry trends

Skill Requirements:
• Strong understanding of Qlik SaaS architecture, security model, and data modelling concepts
• Proficiency in managing Qlik SaaS tasks, licenses, extensions, and user access control
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues
• Knowledge of SQL, database management, and data warehouse concepts
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration techniques

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Prior experience as a Qlik SaaS administrator or similar role
• Experience in MSBI will be an added advantage
