Hathority - Data is seeking a senior Ruby on rails software engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to contribute to the development of cutting-edge web applications.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of Ruby, Rails, and the MVC pattern, as well as expertise in object-oriented programming and experience with testing and debugging. The successful candidate will be able to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Ruby on Rails applications, work effectively with other developers, and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Designing and developing high-quality Ruby on Rails applications
• Collaborating with other developers to build scalable and reliable applications
• Maintaining high standards of coding quality and documentation
• Participating in the software development lifecycle from design to deployment
• Mentoring and training junior developers
• Staying current with the latest Ruby and Rails technologies

To succeed in this position, you will need:
• 8+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
