Required Skills/Experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Ruby/JRuby and Ruby on Rails development
• Hands-on experience deploying on a virtualized platform in a Linux environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable building scalable, interactive web-based applications
• Ability to assimilate new technologies/libraries quickly, evaluate their usefulness in supporting our business objectives and integrate the ones that fit
• Ability to be on call off hours for support of systems, software and services managed.
