Sales Director, IoT Solutions

As a key member of our IoT sales team, you will have the opportunity to drive new business initiatives and lead a team of sales professionals responsible for delivering revenue across Automotive Connected Car, Fleet Management, and International IoT.
">Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute account plans to identify new IoT vertical solutions and product opportunities.
• BUILD and manage a sales funnel, close deals, and meet or exceed sales objectives for your team.
• Manage individual contributors in a section or department with accountability for goals, objectives, and operational policies.
• Responsible for hiring, termination, performance management, and salary decisions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the IoT product ecosystem, including infrastructure, systems, cloud, modules, and platforms within Automotive, Fleet, and/or International IoT.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Technology-related discipline (Required)
• 7-10 years of experience in complex solutions/applications
• 7-10 years of experience with negotiating and closing large multiyear complex deals
• More than 10 years of Sales management, technical sales, and customer-facing experience
