Job Description

LifeHikes is seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Salesforce and Business Development Associate for a contract part-time role. Responsibilities include Salesforce data optimization, pipeline and lead management, building and standardizing business development reports, hands-on Salesforce training, process enhancements, and documentation. Requires 3-5 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator with sales engagement, experience with Salesforce integrations, and strong communication skills. Compensation is $40-55/hour for a 6-month initial contract with possibility of renewal, requiring at least 20 hours per week. Location is in person at 248 Lorraine Avenue, Montclair, NJ 07087, with some remote flexibility.
