About the Role:

You’ll be working closely with our US-based leadership and development teams to deliver Salesforce solutions that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with client needs. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Dhaka office, with working hours aligned to US EST (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST).

What You’ll Do:
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and JavaScript
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST APIs
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and troubleshooting
• Work closely with project coordinators, architects, and client teams

What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and deployment workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Salesforce certification(s) preferred (Platform Developer I or above)
