We’re hiring a Salesforce Developer to build a fully customized Lightning CRM for a confidential B2C services company with operations across the U.S.

This CRM will power inbound/outbound sales workflows, lead intake automation, and territory-based routing logic. The project involves both frontend tools for reps and backend account management views across defined service zones.

You’ll work directly with a U.S.-based operations consultant and receive a clear one-page brief outlining goals and structure.

This is a long-term opportunity, with potential for ongoing retainer work after the initial phases.

🛠️ Core Requirements (Phase 1):

Salesforce Lightning configuration

VOIP/IVR integration (OpenPhone or Five9)

SMS messaging (SMS-Magic or equivalent)

Templated email and text functionality

Activity logging across all channels

Custom form fields for customer intake

Google Calendar integration for scheduling

Automated lead entry from email inbox

Lead routing based on zip code or region

🚀 Phase 2+ (Optional, Quote Separately):

Internal script builder tool

QuickBooks backend integration

Client-facing login portal for account-level data views

All-in-one build (Core + Optional)

Two-stage build (Phase 1 → Phase 2)

Three-stage build (split optional features into distinct phases)

📅 Timeline:

We are looking to start immediately. Phase 1 should be completed within 3–4 weeks, with additional phases scoped based on mutual availability.

✅ Ideal Candidate:

Proven Salesforce Lightning development experience

Strong with API integrations (VOIP, SMS, calendar, accounting)

Fluent in spoken and written English

Reliable communication, proactive with documentation and updates

Available to collaborate during Western Hemisphere time zones (preferred but not required)
