Responsibilities
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
• Serve as Global Systems Administrator for SaaS applications assigned ensuring proper global governance and design considerations, and global sign off of all changes
• Lead a team of regional Systems Administrators globally serving as application subject matter experts, developing, distributing, performing user training and maintaining procedural documentation
• Track, manage, monitor and respond to all application related questions from end users in region.
• Actively engage with stakeholders and regional leadership to identify enhancements, and automation on a regular cadence
• Research, initiate, and lead improvement opportunities for the region
• Participate in application implementation projects as software solutions are introduced into the region
• Track and Execute SAAS Application releases in alignment with defined release schedules. Reviewing release notes and identifying and implementing new features and functionality to the region allowing business users to get the most value out of the software solutions supported.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues with internal technical resources and Software Support providers
• Manage regional system functionality and configuration: including configurations for new or enhanced functionality, change management content, using SharePoint, and Internal Communications channels, configure approval chains all in accordance with P2P Global Governance
• Drive the usage of Global standardized policies and processes across Finance and Procurement
• Create KPI’s and functional reporting
• Enhance and Support multiple global enterprise applications across the global transactional systems team including but not limited to SirionLabs Contract Lifecycle Management, Coupa, Allocadia Marketing Planning and Spend Management solution, Coupa Contingent Workforce, Coupa Sourcing, and Coupa Sourcing Optimization
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Information Systems or related field is required.
• KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required
• 2+ years of experience with procurement or other relevant systems or application management experience
Preferred:
• Accounting, Contracting, Accounts Payable, Procurement or IT experience preferred
• Experience with Software as a Service is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software
• TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
• Strong people skills to support remote users effectively.
• Strong analytical skills geared towards troubleshooting.
• Must be able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Be a key player of the implementation of the platform to support its successful, on-time delivery.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Incumbent must have effective interpersonal skills and judgment to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations
• Ability to speak and write in Spanish and English.
