Semi Senior UX/UI Designer at BairesDev

In the Semi Senior UX/UI Designer position, leverage your experience to handle more complex design projects. You'll play a crucial role in crafting intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, and refining design systems, contributing significantly to the product's overall user experience.

What you will do
• Lead UX/UI design projects for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their design work.
• Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to validate design concepts.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency across products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to create cohesive and effective designs.
• Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify areas for design improvement.

What we are looking for
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proven experience in creating user-centric designs for web and mobile applications.
• Experience with user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Advanced knowledge of design tools and software.
• Basic understanding of front-end development practices.
• Experience in presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced level of English.
