Zip Zap IT Solutions is a dynamic, small business specializing in providing innovative technology solutions to government clients. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Software Developer.
Expected Experience
• Extensive experience building microservices with ASP.NET core in C#.
• Proficiency in integrating PostgreSQL databases in ASP.NET microservices using EFCore.
• Strong background in building PostgreSQL databases for enterprise applications.
• Experience with implementing GraphQL APIs in ASP.NET or other platforms.
• Skilled in developing unit tests for microservices and GraphQL APIs.
Duties
• Lead the development of services to implement business logic and modify data using ASP.NET and EFCore.
• Create comprehensive unit tests for APIs and other application code.
• Implement observability into services, such as Open Telemetry metrics and correlation identifiers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by testers and users, addressing bugs promptly.
• Identify and diagnose issues in deployed environments, documenting bugs for resolution.
• Design data models for new features and enhance existing models as needed.
• Develop complex queries and views to facilitate application integration.
• Manage and optimize GraphQL schemas to enhance data integration capabilities.
Experience
• 9+ years of extensive ASP.NET core in C# experience
• 9+ years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET microservices using EFCore
