Compensation: $160K-$220K + Equity

What You'll Do

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing our backend infrastructure to support a scalable, high-performance platform. Your responsibilities include:
• Designing and building scalable backend applications and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and Postgres.
• Leveraging AI-powered coding tools to improve development speed, code quality, and system reliability.
• Architecting and optimizing systems for high scalability and performance as the company expands.
• Implementing third-party integrations and developing internal tools to support key business functions.
• Working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Frontend teams to ship high-impact features.

What We're Looking For
• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer working with Node.js, TypeScript, and Postgres.
• Experience scaling eCommerce or online marketplace platforms.
• Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Docker, and Terraform.
• Passion for AI-driven development tools to enhance workflows.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Compensation & Perks
