Key Responsibilities:

● Model Development & Training: Develop and train deep learning models for analyzing dermatological and cosmetic concerns, including skin and hair conditions.

● Data Pipeline Ownership: Own the end-to-end training and inference pipeline, ensuring scalable and efficient deployment.

● Active Learning & Optimization: Design and implement an active learning cycle to enhance model accuracy and minimize data annotation efforts.

● Audit, Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure AI models align with regulatory and ethical standards, with robust performance monitoring.

● Integration with Mobile App: Work closely with the engineering team to integrate AI models into mobile applications for real-time diagnostics.

● Scalability & Performance: Optimize models for efficiency, ensuring real-time inference with minimal latency.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with domain experts, ML engineers, and developers to refine AI models based on real-world data.

Qualifications:

● Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

● 4+ years of experience in deep learning, specifically in computer vision and image analysis.

● Strong background in CNNs, transformers, and domain-specific architectures for image-based tasks.

● Hands-on experience with EfficientNet, ResNet, DenseNet, Vision Transformers (ViT), Transformer, or ConvNeXt.

● Experience designing and implementing active learning strategies.

● Familiarity with model compliance, bias mitigation, and monitoring in AI-driven healthcare applications.

Industry Experience:

● Prior experience in medical imaging, cosmetic AI, or healthcare AI is highly desirable.

● Experience in a startup environment or AI-driven consumer applications.

● Understanding of regulatory considerations in AI-powered diagnostics (preferred).

Software & Technical Skills:

● Deep Learning: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras

● Computer Vision: OpenCV, MONAI, torchvision

● Model Deployment: TensorRT, ONNX, TFLite (for mobile integration)

● Data Handling: Pandas, NumPy, Dask, FastAPI for model serving

● Cloud & MLOps: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Weights & Biases

● Databases & Storage: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

Soft Skills:
