Position: Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js/TypeScript/Tailwind CSS)
Location: City of New Rochelle
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer with a strong background in React.js, Type Script, Tailwind CSS, and Storybook. The ideal candidate will have experience slicing components from Figma designs and possess a deep understanding of frontend best practices. Additionally, familiarity with Google Ad Manager (GAM) ad placements and basic SEO principles is required to support the team in optimizing web performance and ad integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Type Script, and Tailwind CSS.
• Convert Figma designs into reusable and efficient frontend components.
• Ensure consistency and scalability of UI components by leveraging Storybook.
• Optimize frontend code for performance, accessibility, and SEO compliance.
• Integrate and manage ads served through Google Ad Manager (GAM), ensuring proper placement and tracking.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and best practices to enhance development efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues, ensuring optimal functionality across devices and browsers.Key Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in React.js, Type Script, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong experience in slicing and converting designs from Figma or equivalent tools into UI components.
• Hands-on experience with Storybook for component management and documentation.
• Understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM) and how ad placements work within web applications.
• Knowledge of basic SEO principles and best practices for frontend optimization.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and caching strategies.
