What You’ll Do
• Own end-to-end feature development, from ideation and planning through execution and deployment
• Write and review code across the full stack while balancing quality and execution speed
• Make key architectural decisions, define best practices, and manage technical debt
• Work closely with the founding team to shape the product roadmap, understand customer pain points, and influence priorities
• Gain exposure to all aspects of a startup, including sales, customer discovery, and strategy
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, preferably with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of modern web application development practices
• Expertise in database design and management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally to balance product and technical requirements
• Ownership mindset with the ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
• Experience designing and scaling systems from 0 to 1 and beyond
• Interest or experience in AI, ML, and LLMs is a plus
What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown
• 50% Back-end development (Ruby on Rails, database management)
• 50% Front-end development & full-stack architecture
Daily Responsibilities
• 70% Hands-on development, coding, and reviewing
• 20% Collaborating with product, design, and business teams
• 10% Researching and implementing new technologies and best practices
The Offer
