Our client is a leading health tech company based in Stamford, CT, focused on transforming patient referral management and healthcare connectivity. They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to develop scalable, high-performance applications that improve healthcare experiences. You'll work across both frontend and backend, leveraging cloud technologies like AWS to deliver integrated solutions in a collaborative environment.

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in Stamford, CT. Only local candidates will be contacted.

Required Technology And Skills
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and Python.
• Strong backend experience with microservices, AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), Docker, Terraform, and API integration.
• Proficient in frontend technologies, including CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Volume) and responsive design.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and modern tooling (Webpack, Babel).
• Familiar with performance optimization, automated testing (Jest, Cypress), and cloud-based architecture.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Skills
• Degree in IT, Computer Science or STEM related field.
• Experience in healthcare tech or knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Redux, and message queuing systems (e.g., Kafka).

Salary Range: Base salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 (plus bonus, equity, benefits)
