Responsibilities

• We're partnering with a long-term, trusted client to support the development of a robust digital platform designed for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
• This all-in-one solution offers tools for customer relationship management, invoicing, marketing automation, online scheduling, and more—wrapped in a sleek, user-friendly experience
• Develop and enhance frontend features using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript best practices
• Implement scalable backend services using Node.js and Java (Spring Boot)
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code across the stack
• Ensure full test coverage using automation frameworks like Playwright and Selenium
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and launch new platform features
• Contribute to the evolution of the team's Low-Code Platform, improving efficiency and reducing time-to-market
• Integrate and enhance key platform components such as CRM, billing, payments, dashboards, and scheduling
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in React (frontend), Node.js, and Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)
• Solid experience with test automation tools like Playwright and Selenium
• Comfortable working across the full stack; while the current focus is frontend-heavy, backend (Java) tasks will account for ~20–30%
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Good time zone overlap with US EST (at least 3–4 hours); ideally available through US Central Time noon
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a distributed team
• Understanding of scalable, cloud-native applications
• Work with a world-class engineering team
• Engaging, challenging tasks on a high-impact product
