Job Description / Responsibility
• Frontend: ReactJS / VueJS
• Backend: PHP (Expert in Laravel, Yii, etc.)
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server, experience with stored procedures
• API Development: Proficiency in building and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Version Control: Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
• CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes
• Scalability: Ability to design and implement scalable solution architectures
• OOP & Algorithms: Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Build Tools: Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and debugging skills
• Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Business Understanding: Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Masters in Computer Application (MCA)

Experience Requirements
• 5 to 9 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements
• Lead and mentor development teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP-Laravel.
• Design databases and scalable architectures for large-scale applications in MSSQL.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and propose new features.·
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Maintain proper documentation for all development work.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Maintain proper project management tools like Jira/Redmine/Click-up Etc.
