Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a Senior Laravel Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using Laravel on the backend, coupled with either React or Vue for the frontend. This role requires someone with strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to think critically and solve complex problems. Key Responsibilities:
• Backend Development: Build and maintain robust backend applications using Laravel.
• Frontend Development: Create dynamic, responsive interfaces using React or Vue.
• Database Management: Work with both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.) databases for optimal data storage and retrieval.
• Version Control: Utilize Git for code management and collaboration.
• Problem Solving: Apply strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and devise efficient solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, other developers, and stakeholders to deliver top-tier user experiences.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Graduation or post graduation in CSE from any reputed university.
• Skills Required: MySQL, PostgreSQL, OOP, Backend Development, Front End, Laravel Development

Experience Requirements
• 4 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements
• At least 4 years in Web development (laravel).
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• It`s an on-site job. He must be interested in working from Bogura.
• Strong Knowledge of Laravel for backend development, including building and managing RESTful APIs.
• Frontend Expertise in React or Vue, with experience building dynamic, interactive UIs.
• Proficiency in Version Control (Git) for effective collaboration.
• Database Experience: Familiarity with both RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): A strong understanding of OOP principles and best practices.
• Algorithms and Data Structures: Solid grasp of basic algorithms and data structures.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Able to approach and resolve complex issues independently and creatively.
• Eagerness to Learn and Innovate: Comfortable with taking on new challenges and continuously improving skills.
