We're looking for a Fullstack Developer to help build out the BeneRēMarks Platform—a secure, data-driven web application leveraging AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies to modernize insurance analytics.
What You’ll Work On
As a Fullstack Developer, you'll play a key role in developing our platform’s frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and AI engineers to build features that drive real business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance applications using React (Next.js), Node.js, and AWS
• Build and optimize policy comparison tools, AI-driven dashboards, and document processing workflows
• Implement secure document intake with AWS S3 and metadata tagging
• Design and develop role-based access control (RBAC) and authentication systems
• Work with AWS services (AppSync, DynamoDB, Textract, Lambda, Bedrock, SageMaker) to power AI-based insights
• Build data ingestion pipelines for benchmarking insurance policies using Form 5500 datasets
• Optimize and integrate AI models for policy summarization, predictive analytics, and best practice recommendations
• Ensure compliance and security (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR) throughout development
Who You Are
• At least four years of fullstack development experience with React (Next.js) and Node.js
• Strong experience with AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, AppSync, S3, Cognito, etc.)
• Proficiency in GraphQL, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
• Experience with secure file uploads, metadata tagging, and document storage solutions
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration (AWS Bedrock, Textract, SageMaker) is a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, GitHub Actions) and DevOps best practices
• Solid understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and authentication
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile startup environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented culture

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,911.00 - $150,227.00 per year
