About the Job

The successful candidate will have 3 years of professional experience in game design, with a strong focus on end-game content design and activities. A proven track record of thinking creatively and developing unique, engaging, and fun gameplay experiences is essential.

Responsibilities will include:
• Designing and implementing end-game activities, challenges, and experiences.
• Conceptualizing various activities, events, and challenges to offer diverse gameplay experiences.
• Collaborating with designers, engineers, and creatives to innovate on compelling gameplay systems.

You will be responsible for participating in all creative aspects of the game impacting the end-user, including gameplay, interface, animation, sound, and art style. This encompasses creating detailed design documents, scripting, producing prototypes of gameplay ideas and features, analyzing and designing new games while maintaining and enhancing existing ones.

To ensure high-quality releases, you will perform rigorous bug fixing, balancing, and enhancing the overall fun gameplay experience.
