About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate PHP Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PHP frameworks and its ecosystem, along with a proven ability to impart knowledge effectively to freshers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and hands-on exercises, aligned with industry best practices and our specific organizational needs.

• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and online, covering a wide range of PHP topics Including Object Oriented Programming, from fundamental concepts to advanced techniques.

• Hands-on Training: Guide learners through practical exercises, projects, and code reviews to solidify their understanding and skillset.

• Mentorship: Provide ongoing mentorship and support to trainees, addressing their questions and challenges, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

• Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in PHP and related technologies, and share this knowledge with the team through workshops, presentations, or documentation.

• Performance Evaluation: Assess trainee performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of PHP frameworks, including core concepts, components, modules, services, and dependency injection.

• Hands-on Experience: Proven experience in developing real-world PHP applications using Symfony and or Laravel frameworks

• Solid Understanding of Monolithic and Microservices based architecture and enterprise application development

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

• Passion for Teaching: Enthusiasm for training and mentoring others, with a focus on creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing practical solutions.

• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing training needs and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in training freshers or junior developers.

• Certification in PHP or related technologies.
