As a Senior Python Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading our team of developers in creating innovative solutions using the Django framework. You will advise application developers on migrating their projects to the new framework, mentor them in adapting to Object-Relational Mapping (ORM), and train them on the Python/Django platform.
The ideal candidate will have five years of experience with Django/Python development and 10-15 years of software development/IT development experience. They should also possess a full understanding of human factors, usability, and accessibility, as well as hands-on experience in implementing software solutions using modern techniques and toolsets, including Git and Continuous Integration Systems.
We value expertise in Agile processes and methodologies, data modeling and manipulation using SQL on Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, and working with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and Advanced JavaScript Frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
