POSITIONS : - Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer.
Location - Kochi
Educational Qualification : - Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
Primary skills :
• NET / ASP.NET / MVC / C# / WPF / WCF / .NET CORE / ANGULAR / WEB API / ENTITY FRAMEWORK / LINQ, GIT / TFS.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle.
Good understanding of the .NET framework, SQL Server, and design patterns.
Practices and procedures for full SDLC are well appreciated.
Collaborate with the engineering team and product team to establish best products.
Good experience in coding, designing, and testing software applications in .NET and recommend system solutions.
Mandatory Skills : -
C# knowledge and .NET experience are a must.
Excellent communication skills.
• Experience Level- 6 years
• Customer service experience is essential
• Experience in NOC Engineer or similar role
• Experience in ITIL practices
• Experience using Service Desk Plus or similar ticketing system
• General Linux knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Strong experience with incident management
• Experience in Windows / Linux / System Administration
• Background in supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
• General understanding of LAN / WAN principles & environments
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructures.

Design and implement high quality, low latency, highly available, performant applications.
