Job Description
Leidos is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Automation Professional to join our team. This role involves working on high-profile projects to develop, test, and maintain automated workflow and process management systems using Python programming language within the context of the Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform.
The successful candidate will possess expertise in Python and have hands-on experience with various web services technologies like SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, and API integration techniques. Experience with security software, network infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions is also essential.

• Development of Python-based automation tools for efficient workflow and process execution.
• Integration of third-party applications and services through RESTful APIs.
• Maintenance and upkeep of Python-based automation tools to ensure seamless functionality and performance.

Qualifications
• At least 8-12 years of professional experience in software engineering and automation, preferably in the field of cybersecurity.

• Hands-on experience with various web services technologies such as SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, and API integration techniques.
• Proven track record of developing, testing, and delivering complex automation tools and workflows using Python.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
