Job Description
We are seeking a Senior React Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in React and TypeScript to help shape and refine our design system and UI component library. This role is not full-stack or backend-focused?instead, you will be responsible for building reusable components that empower engineers across the firm to develop and deploy applications efficiently.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React, with deep knowledge of React's core principles
• Expertise in TypeScript and modern frontend development tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM, Yarn, etc.)
• Extensive design system experience (Carbon, Ant, Radix, or similar)
• Strong background in accessibility (A11Y) and experience implementing WCAG standards
• Experience with Storybook for React to document and test UI components
• Solid understanding of automated testing (unit, integration, visual, performance)
• Open-source contributions or prior experience building libraries for broader engineering teams
