Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with 3-4 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining marketing automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with external systems using APIs and ETL processes.

This position requires hands-on expertise with AMPScript, SSJS, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder, along with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions based on business requirements.
• Implement marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Create custom applications and integrations using SFMC APIs, AMPScript, SSJS, and real-time triggers.
• Leverage Automation Studio and Journey Builder to create scalable automation workflows.
• Design and implement API-based data integrations and ETL processes between SFMC and external systems.
• Integrate SFMC with AWS services such as S3 and Lambda for advanced automation and processing.
• Implement and manage Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) to drive personalized marketing experiences.
• Use Marketing Intelligence for campaign reporting, data visualization, and actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot SFMC configuration issues, data sync problems, and automation errors.
• Stay current with SFMC features, trends, and best practices.
• Document configurations, processes, and integrations for reference and training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
• 4-5 years of hands-on development and configuration experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in SFMC modules including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, and MCP.
• Strong understanding of SFMC APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations with AWS (S3, Lambda).
• Advanced development skills in AMPScript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with marketing automation concepts, personalization strategies, and Marketing Intelligence.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for SFMC environments.
• Experience using work management tools like JIRA.
• Excellent communication skills and documentation practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SQL and data management in relational databases.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other compliance regulations.
• Background in testing, QA, A/B testing, and email deliverability validation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Confluence or Trello.
• Cross-platform integration experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use Marketing Intelligence for campaign optimization.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications such as Email Specialist, Developer, or Consultant.
