Position Summary:
As a Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack , you will be responsible for building, developing, and guiding high-performing talent for the Core Services engineering team. You will also own and support delivery for all features related to global data engineering and platform.
What You’ll Do:
Build customizable, reusable, accessible cross-platform and dynamic frontend components using ReactJS, Angular, JavaScript, Typescript, Node JS/Express JS, HTML, and CSS. Utilize your experience to build a responsive, cross-browser compatible, and high-performance micro frontend web application. Implement best practices and Design Patterns like promises, application flow control, event/error/AJAX handling, RxJS, observables, and Redux. Demonstrate ownership for the development and design of modules/features in a product. Prototype technical solutions using hands-on development skills. Adapt quickly to change and be willing to learn new and emerging technologies. Communicate effectively and work well with global resources and teams.
What You’ll Bring:
4+ years of practical experience as a full-stack developer with knowledge of ReactJS, Angular, JavaScript, Typescript, Node JS/Express JS, HTML, and CSS. Experience with REST APIs and frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate. Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Agile methodology and leveraging SDLC tools (JIRA, Jenkins, GIT, JUnit, Selenium, Lint). Familiarity with Azure Cloud Stack, GCP or other cloud stacks. Hands-on knowledge with RDBMS like MySQL and Postgres.
Minimum Qualifications:
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related area. Knowledge in creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards is valued.
