Skills and experience
- 5+ years’ experience using Ruby on Rails as a Backend or Fullstack Engineer.
- Proven track record in tech startups or similar fast-paced environments.
- Experience with large-scale products where your code impacts users.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Positive mindset and deeply committed to delivering results.
- User-focused and passionate about delivering excellent user experiences.
- Bonus points if you are interested in data science and gen AI.
- Must have PR/Australian citizenship and be based in Australia.
