Job Summary

We are looking for L2 Operation Engineer. This job role will be responsible for the coordination, support, management, execution of Business requirements to ensure that service provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer Product Business requirements and provide solution within the scope.

• Perform Daily Assigned task and deliver smoothly to run customer Business.

• Perform day to day operational activities of Charging, CRM, Billing systems and provisioning.

• Handle problem, change and other ITSM related process management.

• Able to work for customer and 3PP management.

• Perform Handover, UAT for new deployment

• Work with Multiple domains.

• Provide and Solve customer Complains on daily manner

• Able to maintain Artifacts of Change Management.

Expected Skills & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor level, in engineering (Computer, Electrical, IT, Telecom)

• Minimum Years of experience: 2-4 years of experience on BSS domain or in telecom area.

• Experience on Managed service would be an advantage

• Experience of Telecom Business configuration, maintenance and operational work would be preferred.
