Position: Senior UI, UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to effectively communicate design ideas for websites and apps.
• Guide and mentor UI/UX designers, fostering skill development.
• Analyze design requirements and functionalities and translate them into intuitive layouts and flows.
• Gather client requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across all designs.
• Implement new design methodologies to improve workflows.
• Work closely with the VP or PM and clients to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Review and approve design deliverables with proper handover documentation.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software, with a focus on web and app design.
• Expertise in website design/app design (Hybrid & Native) and web applications (SaaS & AI platforms).
• Strong knowledge of Product Design for MVPs.
• Proven experience working with international clients.
• A forward-thinker who can consistently come up with great, unique ideas.

Experience Requirements:
• At least 3 to 5 years hands on experience of designing various types of UI, UX products.

Salary: 40K - 60K (Depends on Experience)
