Senior Web Designer

Location: Phase V, Tauheed Commercial.
Timing: Monday to Friday, 4am to 12pm

Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for design, branding, and user experience? We’re looking for a talented Senior Designer to bring bold ideas to life across digital and print platforms, help shape meaningful brand experiences, and elevate our creative direction.

What You’ll Do:
• Translate brand strategy into visual design concepts across multiple channels.
• Design high-quality visuals for digital, web, print, and social media.
• Develop intuitive UI/UX designs using wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, developers, and product managers.
• Interpret briefs and transform them into impactful, on-brand creative solutions.
• Stay on top of design trends and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX, or digital media are a plus.

2. Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and Canva.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.

3. Creative Capabilities:
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats and media.
• Excellent command of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with brand goals.

4. Branding & Marketing Knowledge:
• Experience developing brand assets and marketing materials (e.g. banners, social content, print collateral).
• Understanding of brand identity systems and storytelling through design.

5. UX/UI Skills:
• Ability to design clean, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and interaction design.

6. Research & Analytical Skills:
• Strong ability to interpret briefs and solve design problems creatively.
• Comfortable iterating designs based on feedback and user testing.

7. Soft Skills:
• Clear and confident communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

8. Experience:
• 5+ years in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
• Experience in eCommerce, branding, or multimedia design is a strong plus.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
