The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web development, including expertise in Ruby on Rails, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, C#.NET, SQL, and Amazon Web Services. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of software development methodologies.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
