Job Description / Responsibility

Office Time: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Friday Off)

Job Type: Full-time (Office-based)

Job Context: We are looking for a dynamic, skilled, and experienced SEO Expert / Digital Marketer who has a creative mind, strategic thinking, and the drive to grow our online presence and digital footprint. If you`re passionate about digital marketing, SEO strategy, and online branding, this position is for you.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Perform keyword research, SEO audits, and implement on-page & off-page SEO.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Monitor analytics to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Produce engaging content aligned with SEO and digital goals.
• Collaborate with the team on content, branding, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain WordPress websites and ensure content updates.
• Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn and manage campaign funnels.
• Edit promotional videos, motion graphics, and visual content as needed.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• B.Sc. in CSE preferred (flexible for experienced candidates).
• Skills Required: Adobe After Effects, Graphics Design, motion graphics, Adobe Premiere Pro, SEO Expert

Experience Requirements
• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Manpower Recruitment

Additional Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (Freshers need not apply).

Core Skills Required:
• SEO strategy, keyword research, and analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Motion graphics (After Effects, Motion).
• Color correction and audio editing (Audition, Audacity).
• WordPress management.
• Graphic design basics (a plus).
• LinkedIn lead generation experience (a plus).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical ability.
