Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled SEO & PPC Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering at least 50 successful lead generation projects, including ad optimizations. This role requires proficiency in running and optimizing ad campaigns, executing cold outreach, email marketing, data mining, utilizing data tools, daily Excel reporting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
1 .Lead Generation & Ad Campaign Management:
• Project Delivery: Successfully deliver lead generation projects, ensuring each campaign meets predefined objectives and key performance indicators.
• Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media channels.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and implement strategies to enhance return on investment.
2. Cold Outreach & Email Marketing:
• Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research and data mining techniques.
• Email Campaigns: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads.
• Follow-ups: Implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads and advance them through the sales funnel.
3. Data Mining & Lead Generation:
• Tool Utilization: Employ data mining tools (e.g., Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to extract high-quality prospect data.
• Lead Management: Identify, segment, and qualify leads based on industry, decision-maker roles, and engagement levels.
• Database Maintenance: Manage and maintain structured lead databases, ensuring updated and verified data for outreach.
4. Daily Reporting & Excel Management:
• Reporting: Create daily reports using Excel to track campaign performance, lead generation, and other key metrics.
• Data Management: Maintain organized records and utilize Excel functions to analyze data effectively.
5. Ad Optimization:
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly analyze and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad strategies.
6. LinkedIn Sales Navigator Proficiency:
• Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients.
• Networking: Develop strategies to expand the company's network and generate leads through LinkedIn.
7. Keyword Research & SEO Strategy:
• Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to inform content creation and SEO strategies.
• Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to improve website visibility and ranking.
8. Google Analytics Management:
• Setup & Monitoring: Set up and manage Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
• Reporting: Generate reports and provide insights to guide marketing strategies and decisions.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in SEO, digital advertising, and related fields, with a proven track record of delivering at least 50 successful lead generation projects, including ad optimizations.
• Skills:
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), email marketing software, data mining tools (e.g., Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
