We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a talented, results-driven SEO & WordPress Website Manager to enhance our online visibility and user experience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SEO & WordPress Website Manager to oversee the optimization and maintenance of our WordPress site. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SEO strategies, have hands-on experience managing WordPress websites, and possess a strong understanding of AI tools to enhance SEO efforts and improve website performance. Additionally, familiarity with software development and custom solutions will be a plus to help elevate our digital presence and ensure seamless functionality.

Responsibilities:
• SEO Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility for our programs and services.
• Website Management: Oversee day-to-day management of BeBold Recovery’s WordPress website, ensuring functionality, user-friendliness, and optimal performance.
• AI Utilization: Leverage AI tools to analyze data, improve content quality, and drive traffic through automated optimization processes.
• Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and work with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all pages.
• Analytics & Reporting: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track key performance metrics and KPIs.
• Website Development & Customization: Utilize software development skills to implement custom WordPress plugins, themes, and additional functionality to meet the company’s needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to align digital strategies and ensure seamless integration of SEO initiatives with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in SEO, WordPress website management, and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for WordPress customization.
• Experience using AI tools for SEO, content generation, or website analytics.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, with the ability to troubleshoot, manage, and develop custom solutions on WordPress.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
• Knowledge of the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with PHP, MySQL, and other backend technologies for WordPress.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
• Experience with website speed optimization, mobile optimization, and website security best practices.
• Background in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably within the healthcare or treatment industry.
