Job Description
I'm looking for an expert in Shopify, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Make to help set up essential automations, fix our HubSpot sync issues, and train me to manage and optimize the system going forward. My goal is to understand the setup well enough to maintain it while having the option to work with the right person for future improvements.
Scope of Work:
1. Fix HubSpot Sync Issues:
- Diagnose and resolve our HubSpot integration issues.
- Ensure data flows correctly between Shopify, HubSpot, and Klaviyo.
2. Setup & Integration: Ensure Shopify, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Make (formerly Integromat) are properly connected.
Set up key automations, including:
1) Welcome email sequence
2) Follow-up email sequence for prospects
3) Post-purchase follow-up
4) Customer segmentation & tagging
5) Training & Documentation:
- Walk me through the setup, explaining how everything works.
- Teach me how to adjust email flows, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Provide recorded sessions or written documentation for future reference.
Requirements & How to Apply:
- Proven experience with Shopify, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Make (please provide examples).
- Experience troubleshooting HubSpot sync issues.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Share previous work, reviews/references, and estimated hours needed for setup and training.
