Job Summary:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Shopify Manager with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. You'll be the go-to person for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Shopify store(National and international), ensuring it's running smoothly and contributing to our e-commerce success. You'll focus on maximizing conversions, enhancing user experience, and driving sales through strategic management of our Shopify platform.

Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Management:
• Maintain and update the Shopify store with accurate product information, content, and promotions.
• Monitor store performance, ensuring optimal uptime, speed, and security.
• Manage website backups and implement effective disaster recovery strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Shopify platform.
• Coordinate with Shopify support and external vendors for platform-related needs.

Content & Product Management:
• Manage and update product listings, inventory, and collections within Shopify.
• Optimize product descriptions, images, and metadata for SEO and conversions.
• Ensure content consistency and brand voice across all Shopify pages.

SEO & Analytics (Shopify Focused):
• Implement and maintain Shopify-specific SEO best practices to improve product and page rankings.
• Monitor store traffic and analyze user behavior using Google Analytics and Shopify analytics.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Conduct keyword research relevant to our product categories and optimize Shopify content accordingly.

E-commerce Optimization (Shopify Specific):
• Optimize product pages, checkout process, and navigation for maximum conversions.
• Implement and manage Shopify apps and plugins to enhance store functionality.
• Manage and execute e-commerce promotions, discounts, and campaigns within Shopify.
• Ensure secure and efficient online transactions through Shopify Payments and other gateways.

Shopify Security & Compliance:
• Implement and maintain security measures within the Shopify platform to protect against threats.
• Ensure the Shopify store complies with relevant regulations and data privacy policies.
• Manage SSL certificates and security updates within the Shopify environment.

Shopify Project Management:
• Manage website-related projects within the Shopify ecosystem, from conception to launch.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external developers to meet project deadlines.
• Document all Shopify store changes and updates.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores.
• In-depth understanding of the Shopify platform and its functionalities.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
• Experience with Shopify apps, plugins, and custom themes.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion optimization.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles within the Shopify environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to Shopify.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
