• Develop, support, and scale a remote team across multiple time zones and disciplines.
• Optimise conversion through CRO best practices, on-site behaviour analytics, and user experience improvements.
• Streamline backend processes including shipping, DDP compliance, and SKU-level logistics.
• Monitor KPIs and generate actionable reports that translate into better systems and higher revenue.
