Are you a Shopify expert who thrives behind the scenes? We’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Shopify Backend Specialist to help manage critical aspects of our eCommerce store, from automating chargebacks to streamlining customer service and coordinating.
If you have experience in backend operations, automation, and supply chain management—and you love making businesses run smoothly—we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
• Chargeback Automations: Implement and optimize processes to handle disputes efficiently, reducing losses and improving win rates.
• Customer Service Support: Assist with backend customer inquiries, set up automation tools, and ensure smooth communication workflows.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Work with order fulfillment, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Shopify Backend Optimization: Improve store functionality, automate processes, and troubleshoot any operational issues.
• Data & Reporting: Track key metrics related to chargebacks, customer service performance, and supply chain efficiency.
Who You Are:
✅ Experienced in Shopify – You know how to navigate Shopify’s backend, apps, and automation tools.
✅ Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented – You love optimizing workflows and making things run efficiently.
✅ Customer-Focused – You understand the importance of smooth customer service and have experience setting up support processes.
✅ Problem-Solver – You’re proactive and can troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have):
• Experience with Shopify apps for automation
• Knowledge of dispute resolution strategies
• Experience in eCommerce supply chain management
