We’re looking for a Shopify Virtual Assistant to help set up and manage the infrastructure of our eCommerce store. The ideal candidate should have experience with Shopify store setup, supplier communication, product research, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Setup: Configure store settings, install necessary apps, and optimize the store for a smooth shopping experience.
Product & Supplier Coordination: Connect products to the store, communicate with suppliers, and set up logistics for seamless fulfillment.
Operational Readiness: Ensure the store is fully functional and ready for customer transactions, including payment gateways and shipping settings.
Product Research: Identify high-potential products based on market trends, supplier availability, and competitive analysis.
Ideal Candidate:
Proficient in Shopify store setup, apps, and themes
Experienced in dropshipping, print-on-demand, or supplier integration
Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and logistics providers
Knowledgeable in product research and market analysis
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
