We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Shopify to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, eCommerce growth, and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Manage and optimize Shopify store content, including product listings, SEO, and user experience.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns using Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
• Create engaging content that aligns with brand identity and customer interests.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Work closely with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
• Monitor industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging marketing strategies.
• Engage with online communities, respond to customer inquiries, and build brand loyalty.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in social media marketing and Shopify store management.
• Proven success in running paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing tools such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Experience with Shopify apps like Oberlo, PageFly, or GemPages is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
