What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3–5 years of backend development experience
• Proven experience with technologies such as Node.js, Express, MongoDB, AWS, JavaScript, Python, or similar stacks
• Strong system design skills
• Strong understanding of secure API development and integration
• Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD code pipelines
• Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (preferred)
• Experience taking apps to production
• Passion for mental wellness, technology for good, and building with intention
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-evolving environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive learner, out-of-the-box thinking, and self-motivated
