As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side components, ensuring optimal performance of our central database, and collaborating with front-end developers on seamless integration. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain all server-side network components.
Ensure optimal performance of the central MySQL database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
Design customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of Node.js frameworks such as Express.js and Koa.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript, frameworks, libraries, and web stacks.
Familiarity with REST APIs and how they function.
Understanding of CRUD (create, read, update, delete) operations and their relation to HTTP methods.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience with additional Node.js frameworks like Adonis.js and Nest.js.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL as an alternative to MySQL.
