Job Description

Responsibilities

• As a Lead Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the team responsible for enterprise level test requirements development, planning, system hardware-software-network integration, verification, validation, and fielding support for network and network systems
• This includes defining and specifying the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of products
• Leading vendor engagements to evaluate systems, align test requirements, identify test methods for verification and validation of network systems
• Collaborating with software and hardware subject matter experts to ensure testing is producing expected results
• Working with systems engineering to support interface development
• Diagnosing problems encountered during application integration among products and addressing fixes/enhancements according to prescribed program processes
• Documenting lessons learned and developing and maintaining a robust test discipline for the program

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Department of Defense programs, test automation, and network topologies
• A minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience
• Demonstrable knowledge of test engineering concepts and applying these concepts to Department of Defense programs, test automation, and network topologies
• Proven expertise in creating test methodologies and writing test specifications
