About the Job:

The Multi-Domain Solutions Division at Leidos is seeking a seasoned Lead Integration and Test Engineer to lead our team in Reston, VA or Alexandria, VA office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Department of Defense programs, test automation, and network topologies.

Job Description:
As a Lead Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the team responsible for enterprise level test requirements development, planning, system hardware-software-network integration, verification, validation, and fielding support for network and network systems. This includes defining and specifying the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leading vendor engagements to evaluate systems, align test requirements, identify test methods for verification and validation of network systems.
• Collaborating with software and hardware subject matter experts to ensure testing is producing expected results.
• Working with systems engineering to support interface development.
• Diagnosing problems encountered during application integration among products and addressing fixes/enhancements according to prescribed program processes.
• Documenting lessons learned and developing and maintaining a robust test discipline for the program.

Requirements:
A minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience. Demonstrable knowledge of test engineering concepts and applying these concepts to Department of Defense programs, test automation, and network topologies. Proven expertise in creating test methodologies and writing test specifications.
